About Mr Rain is a mysterious man, who kidnaps wealthy and famous men of the town, and police keeps trying to find about him. One day, the police locates him and tries to find out the truth. But the situation gets twisted in such a way they could hardly imagine: a situation full of action, suspense, thrill that would bring the true Rain in the town.
