In a clip from tonight's CONAN on TBS, guest Alan Cumming -- current 'Emcee' in Broadway's Cabaret revival -- forgives Shia LaBeouf for "getting wasted and slapping him at the theatre" in a very public outburst. watch!

LaBeouf has pleaded guilty last month to disorderly conduct at a June performance of Roundabout's CABARET at New York's Studio 54. Following his plea, the judge ordered him to complete 6 months of outpatient alcohol rehab.

Back in June, LaBeouf was seen smoking inside the New York theater and engaging in other disruptive behavior during the performance of Cabaret. When he was asked to leave, he refused and then threatened police officers and people on the sidewalk outside.
