Perfectly in line with the theme of her latest full-length album Loud Love, Joanna Beasley (www.joannabeasley.com) is feeling it big time, signing an endorsement deal with Daisy Rock Girl Guitars - whose extensive lines of colorful, high quality instruments, designed by veteran musician and company founder Tish Ciravolo, are played by thousands of female (and some male) musicians all over the world.
Beasley, who is shouting about God's love from the "Rooftops" on her explosive new pop/rock single and video, joins an elite group of pop and rock greats who have also been Daisy Rock endorsees over the years. These include: Avril Lavigne, Miley Cyrus, Norah Jones, Hillary Duff, The Bangles, Wanda Jackson, Joan Osborne, Lisa Loeb and former contestants on NBC's "The Voice," Lex Land and Juliet Simms.
Joining Beasley among the newest Daisy Rockers are Sol, Etsegenet, Ashley Taylor, Aly Ashford, Sharon Starr, Cait Brennan, Summer Landis, Emily Haber, Moana Avvenenti, Brandi Rose, Marcela Campos and Melissa Otero.
Beasley, who will be releasing her first Christmas album November 28, has a slate of upcoming shows planned throughout the rest of 2014 and into 2015, starting with Freedom Fest in Jacksonville, Florida June 29.
Beasley and her husband Kerry are expecting their first baby in August. Other gigs to follow after the birth include opening for the band Sidewalk Prophets at Bluegate in Shipshewana, Indiana August 30; performing at the Oasis Grace Conference in Granger, Indiana September 24-26; and headlining on an All Access Christian Caribbean cruise (from Inspiration Christian Cruises & Tours), February 21-28.
Originally recorded by the band Jesus Culture, Beasley's version of "Rooftops" -- the second single from her latest full length album Loud Love, after "This Same Love," featuring singer/songwriter Chris McClarney - is receiving airplay throughout the U.S. The video clip features exuberant images of Beasley's home region of the Midwest in the fall, along with shots of her performing with her band on a rooftop and also dancing joyfully in a club setting.
Among her more high profile appearances, Beasley has performed at "Celebrate Freedom," the largest Christian music festival in the world, and has shared the stage with Chris Tomlin, Mercy Me, Natalie Grant, Michael W. Smith and countless others. She has also participated in many events sponsored by secular rock stations and charity groups including a recent "roofsit" for child abuse awareness and Relay For Life, a breast cancer charity.
