Dragon Melon Recipe

Created by Rose Crowton of the Beech Pool Bar & Grille, Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz Dragonberry Rum

½ oz simple syrup

6 oz soda water

1 oz mint leaves

Lime juice

5-7 watermelon cubes

Directions:

Muddle together half of the mint leaves, 3 cubes of watermelon, simple syrup, and a squeeze of lime juice; Add ice and shake; Add dragonberry rum on top with soda; Add watermelon cubes and remaining mint into glass with ice; Roll cocktail from shaker into glass to mix; Garnish with watermelon wedge.
