Wan Wan, the newest restaurant in Nolita from Rivers and Hills Hospitality Group, the team behind popular downtown New York restaurants Wayla and Kimika, launches lunch service. Translating to 'throwback' in Thai, Wan Wan is inspired by old Phuket-style restaurants where Chinese influence from the influx of immigrants comes through in the Thai cuisine, creating something familiar yet unique in style.

-Shared plates like Poh Pia Ped, roasted duck egg rolls with celery, carrots, and water chestnuts; Yum Hoi, tempura scallops, with frisee, sea beans, red onion, and chilis; Yum Gai Krob, crispy chicken with kale, shallots, cherry tomatoes and chilis; and Ped Krob Salad with shredded roast duck, kale, green apple, cherry tomatoes, and hoisin vinaigrette
