Valentine’s Day Cocktail Recipes

Pucker Up
Ingredients:
-2 oz Ghost Tequila
-Handful of Fresh Strawberries
-2 Fresh Lemons
-0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
-Crushed Ice
-Salt to Garnish
Method: Begin by muddling a handful of strawberries and squeezing lemons. Add tequila, muddled strawberries, lemon juice and orange liqueur to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass with crushed ice and rim with salt.
Rhubarb & Ginger Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
-2 oz Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
-Mediterranean Tonic
-Garnish: Makrut Lime Leaf & Lemon or Rhubarb Twist
Method: Add gin to a highball glass with ice. Top with mediterranean tonic water and garnish with either a makrut lime leaf & lemon or rhubarb twist. Serve with a straw.
Campante Mezcal Lavender Kiss
Ingredients:
-1 1/2 oz Mezcal Campante
-1/2 oz sweet Vermouth
-1/4 oz Pedro Ximinez Sherry
-1 dash Lavender bitters
-1 dash chocolate bitters
Method: Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and stir. Pour into a chilled coupe glass and serve.
American Harvest Sangria
Ingredients:
-1.5 oz. American Harvest Organic Vodka
-1 oz. Cranberry Juice
-2 oz. Apple Cider
-White Wine
Method: Build in a glass over ice, stir, and top with white wine. garnish with apple slices and cranberries.
Love in Manhattan
Ingredients:
-1 3/4 oz El Bandido Yankee Reposado Tequila
-1 oz Carpano Antica Vermouth
-1/4 oz Raspberry liqueur (St. George)
-3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters (Dugan & Dame)
-Smoked with cherry wood chips
Method: Build in a shaker, shake and strain into a coupe, garnish with fresh raspberries.
Oyster Berry Shooter
Ingredients:
-1 oz Chambord
-2 oz Good-quality vodka
-1 oz Red wine vinegar
-1 slice Shallot
-Pinch of White pepper
-2 Fresh oysters
Method: Start by finely chopping the slice of shallot. Place into a container and add Chambord, vodka, vinegar, and white pepper. Seal tightly and let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight. When ready to serve, pour into shooter glasses and top with freshly shucked oysters.
Nice One
Ingredients:
-1.5 oz Broken Shed Vodka
-1 oz fresh watermelon juice
-0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
-0.5 oz ginger simple syrup
-1 dash orange bitters
-Garnish: 1 cucumber ribbon
Method: Add ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
Bésame (Recipe was created in collaboration by PATRÓN Tequila and Tayshia Adams)
Ingredients:
-1.5 oz PATRÓN Silver
-1 oz Lime Juice
-.5 oz Agave Nectar
-2 Slices of Jalapeno
-4 Raspberries
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Add sparkles to rim of coupe glass. Strain ingredients into a coupe glass. Garnish/add sparkles into coupe glass.
The Lobos Mezcal Valentine's Sling
Ingredients:
-1.5 oz Lobos Mezcal
-1oz Lime Juice
-.5oz Benedictine
-.5oz Cherry Herring
-1oz Hibiscus Tea
Method: Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Add fresh ice to a collins glass. Strain chilled and shaken contents into the collins glass. Add two fresh cherries to side of glass. Garnish with smoked rosemary sprig.
