The 10 th annual Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by Coca-Cola (NYCWFF) kicks off today, having raised more than $10 million to date to benefit the hunger-relief organizations Food Bank For New York City and No Kid Hungry .
