Social House inside The Shops at Crystals will welcome guests to experience an evening of romance this Valentine's Day as Executive Chef Jon Amorin presents an alluring five-course, prix-fixe menu filled with tantalizing dishes. In addition to the famed Pan-Asian eatery's traditional menu, these specialty selections will only be available Friday, Feb. 14. Designed to take guests on a culinary journey, each course will set the mood for an intimate affair they will surely remember. The menu is priced at $65 per person exclusive of tax and gratuity.
Adoring guests may enrich their taste buds with an introductory seafood trio comprised of three small dishes of yellowtail, tuna and salmon combinations, followed by a smoked Hokkaido scallop salad, drizzled in mountain peach vinaigrette dressing. The menu also will include a 5 oz. petit filet with a decadent red miso demi-glaze, as well as a refreshing nigiri tasting featuring fresh saba, albacore and tai. To conclude this distinctive tasting experience, guests may indulge in a luscious white chocolate cake topped with a cherry cremeux, served with a side of pistachio ice cream. Guests who partake in the enticing Valentine's Day menu also will have the option of a Prosecco pairing for an additional $30.
