'Sip & Savor' All-Star Chef Charity Fundraising Event Benefiting Special Olympics Chicago, 5/29

Featuring food from chefs Abraham Conlon of Fat Rice, Pat Sheerin of Trenchermen, Mike Sheerin of Cicchetti, Chris Pandel of The Bristol and Balena, Paul Virant of Perennial Virant and Vie, and Dana Cree of Blackbird.

"Sip & Savor" - the annual all-star chef charity fundraising event benefiting Special Olympics Chicago/Special Children's Charities - will be held from 6pm until 9pm on Thursday, May 29 at Room 1520 that's located at 1520 West Fulton Street.

Current participating chefs at the "Sip & Savor" event that will be serving their food include Abraham Conlon of Fat Rice, Pat Sheerin of Trenchermen, Mike Sheerin of Cicchetti, Chris Pandel of The Bristol and Balena, Paul Virant of Perennial Virant and Vie, and Dana Cree of Blackbird.

Hosted by the Associate Board of Special Olympics Chicago/Special Children's Charities, "Sip & Savor" will feature a full liquor bar, wine, beer. DJ Greg Bauer will perform at "Sip & Savor" as well.

All-inclusive "Sip & Savor" tickets (which include all food, alcoholic beverages, and entertainment) are $65 each and must be purchased at http://www.hastickets.com/2014SipSavor. If the event does not sell out, all-inclusive tickets will be available for $75 each at the door.

Proceeds form the "Sip & Savor" will benefit the programs enjoyed throughout the year by nearly 5,000 Special Olympics Chicago athletes.
