SUMMER FANCY FOOD SHOW-A Successful Showcase at Javits Center

The Summer Fancy Food Show (SFFS) sponsored by the Specialty Food Association (SFA), was recently held at the Jacob Javits Center for three exciting days from Sunday, June 23rd to Tuesday, June 25th.  The press and trade event attracted thousands of people who relished the opportunity to learn about all the items that are making waves on the food market.  From sweets and sauces, to cheeses, meats, garnishes, spices and so much more, the show was delightful from the first minute to the last.

SFFS is sponsored by the Specialty Food Association (SFA).  Two of their major events during the year are the Winter Fancy Food Show and the Summer Fancy Food Show.  The Association members are specialty food artisans, purveyors, importers, and entrepreneurs, as well as distributors, retailers, and others involved in the specialty food trade. Guided by core values of innovation and inclusivity, SFA supports members and the industry by developing resources, educational programs, and events.
