In time for Father's Day, Ruth's Chris Steak House will host a five-course pairing dinner at 100 participating restaurants nationwide on Thursday, June 12 to celebrate the "king" of grapes Cabernet Sauvignon.
"We invite guests to enjoy five worldwide cabernets from California to Chile to Italy illustrating how each wine is a unique expression of this grape selected from some of the world's greatest growing regions. We look forward to a celebration of cabernet and steak," said Helen Mackey, Vice President of Menu Strategy and Innovation for Ruth's Chris Steak House.
Guests are invited to share their experiences at the nationwide "World of Cabernet" pairing dinner by referencing the hashtag: #RCSHWorldofCab. The featured menu includes:
-First Course: Wild Salmon Steak with Tomato, Basil & White Wine Sauce and braised Romainepaired with Guado al Tasso Scalabrone Bolgheri Rosato DOC, Italy
-Second Course: Steak Consomme Tenderloin, Rustic Root Vegetables and Herb Dumplings paired withAntica Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
