Nino of Nino's Restaurants Celebrates 35 Years with Four-Course Prix-Fixe Dinner

If you hold a dream for a day, it's only a dream; if you hold a dream for over three decades, it becomes a legend. Nino Selimaj belongs to the latter. When he obtained his first job as a dishwasher, Selimaj dreamed about having his own catering business. Later, when he worked as a busboy, he started thinking about how to make his dream bigger and better.
