Berry-Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies
2-1/4 Cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
cup white sugar
cup Light Brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
cup chopped pecans
1 cup Felix Lingonberry Jam
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 375. Cream together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt, baking soda. Stir in pecans, chocolate chips and lingonberry jam. Drop 1 Tablespoon portions onto cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. Makes 12 cookies.
