My Pie, a fine-casual pizza concept that offers customizable authentic New York-style pizza, opened its first Las Vegas location on June 7. The location serves as the brand's second Nevada location, with another location open in Reno.

At My Pie, guests are able to custom-build their dining experience by using homemade recipes, New York-authentic pizza, and locally sourced ingredients. Each location makes its own dough and sauces in-house daily and uses an 800° oven to cook pies in 2 minutes for fast, casual dining.
My Pie Las Vegas is owned and operated by local business professional Robert Lee who has over 15 years of experience working with businesses in the food service industry. Lee has operated a number of local restaurants and understands what it takes to be successful in the restaurant space.
"I grew up eating pasta and pizza every weekend in Sao Paulo, Brazil. It was natural, obvious for me to choose a pizza chain for my franchise business," says Lee. "I'm excited to bring the My Pie concept to Las Vegas and look forward to bring a community together at our neighborhood pizzeria."
My Pie Las Vegas celebrated the store's official opening on June 5. The menu includes pizza, salad, calzones, garlic knots, and similar offerings, including gluten-free and vegan options. My Pie Las Vegas is located at 7930 W. Tropical Parkway, Suite 130 and is open seven days a week.
