Dining guests in New York City can feel good about going out for a meal on Veteran's Day, this Saturday November 11th. Join the Bob Woodruff Foundation (BWF) as they launch the 4th Annual "Dine Out for Heroes." The funds raised will go directly to the Foundation that invests in programs to benefit our nation's heroes. The mission of the BWF is to create long-lasting positive outcomes for our nation's wounded, ill, and injured veterans, service members, and their families.
The many restaurants that are participating offer a variety of cuisines and price points. Each of them will donate $1 to BWF for every table/check on Saturday evening. Some of the eateries you can visit include Bar Primi on Bowery, BLT Prime on East 22nd Street, BLT Steak on East 57th Street, Del Frisco's Grille at Brookfield Place and Rockefeller Plaza, Kellari Tavern on West 44th Street, Red Farm on Hudson Street, Tavern62 by David Burke on East 62nd Street, The Lambs Club on West 44th Street, and many more.
No passes, tickets or coupons are required for participation in Dine Out for Heroes. It is recommended that diners make reservations in advance.
