Her inspiration for launching All Beauty was to have people start to think about beauty from within. She holds an MBA from Columbia University & a BA from Barnard College. She has a certificate in entrepreneurial development from MIB School of Management in Italy. She is half French, half Italian and grew up in Chicago. Before launching All Beauty, she was a brand manager at Dannon, where she developed and launched Dannon Greek yogurt (Oikos). At L'Oreal, she managed multiple hair care brands for L'Oreal Paris. She has also worked for American Express in Digital Marketing.
