Macy's Culinary Council With Chef Todd English Welcome Guests for a Thanksgiving and Holiday Entertaining Cooking Demonstration at Macy's Dadeland Miami

Chef, restaurateur, author and entrepreneur Todd English will once again be joining Macy's Culinary Council -an exclusive team of the country's finest chefs who serve to inspire the way Macy's customers shop, cook and eat-this time at Macy's in Miami's Dadeland Mall. A four-time James Beard Award winner and inductee into the James Beard Foundation's "Who's Who in Food and Beverage in America," English has authored several critically acclaimed cookbooks including The Olives Table, The Figs Table, The Olives Dessert Table, and his most recent, Cooking in Everyday English, The ABC's of Great Flavor at Home. The celebrity chef operates 25 national and international restaurants and has also created the record-breaking houseware line, The Todd English Collection for QVC.

Macy's Culinary Council includes esteemed chefs who serve as a force of culinary expertise and inspiration for Macy's customers. Featured in Macy's in-store events, culinary initiatives, marketing and online content, the chefs share recipes and culinary tips, helping home cooks feel like professional chefs in the kitchen. The comprehensive Macy's Culinary Council program includes a range of elements aimed at providing Macy's customers with exclusive experiences and access to the chefs, their food and their valuable advice including in-store cooking demonstrations, food truck tours, restaurants at Macy's locations and cookbooks.

Chef Todd English will join the Macy's Culinary Council for a cooking demonstration and book signing on Saturday, November 16th at 2 p.m. at Macy's Dadeland Mall, 7535 N. Kendall Drive, Miami, Fl. With any $35 purchase or more in the Home Department, customers will receive a $10 Macy's Gift Card, a special holiday entertaining gift, and a copy of Cooking in Everyday English, which he will sign following the demonstration. Gift card is valid from November 16th-23rd.
