Lone Star Attitude Unveils Texas' First Gourmet Burger Destination to Honor the State's Musical Legends and Trailblazers with LSA Burger Co.

Lone Star Attitude, Inc., a multi-dimensional brand devoted to developing projects that represent Lone Star Attitude, today unveiled LSA Burger Co. (LSA Burger), Texas' first gourmet burger destination to honor the state's musical legends and trailblazers. Opening November 11, 2013, this new burger joint will provide patrons delicious lessons in all genres of Texas music history.

"We took the amazing history of Texas music, the wicked culinary skills of 'Mr. Big,' an iconic Texas courthouse square, added a first-time rooftop dining area and bar with a 360 degree view, brought together an incredible staff that loves music and serving others, stirred them all together with our collective creative brains, and even we can't believe what a cool atmosphere and inviting place has appeared before our eyes!" explained John "Sparky" Pearson, Co-Principal of LSA Burger.

In less than one week, LSA Burger opens its doors to the public on the historic Downtown Denton Square with gourmet burgers, local craft beers, live music and the area's first rooftop dining/bar - complete with a stunning panoramic view of the heart of the city.

LSA Burger invites patrons to let their taste buds take a savory tour of award-winning Texas Chef Jason Hoffman's culinary creations, while their eyes and ears soak up Texas' rich, musical culture. Mr. Hoffman has held a variety of Executive Chef and management positions at iconic Dallas restaurants, including Hibiscus, The Porch, Cuba Libre Café and Houston's Restaurants. It will offer dishes as big and varied as the state itself, such as the Chili Willie burger, the TX Wedge salad, the spicy veggie burger and several other mouth-watering Texas temptations (gluten-free buns are available upon request).
