Ingredients:

  • Mixing Sauce:
    • 1 cup Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo
    • 2 tsp. soy sauce
    • 2 tsp. sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp. lime juice
    • 4 green onion stalks
    • 1 tsp. black and white sesame seeds, toasted
  • Poke:
    • 1 lb. tuna (sashimi grade)
    • tsp. Kosher salt
    • 3 tbsp. sauce

Directions:

  • Dice tuna into inch cubes, season with salt, set aside
  • Cut green onions into thin rings, reserve half for garnishing
  • Combine remaining green onions, Sriracha Mayo, sesame oil and lime juice in a blender; puree until smooth
  • Combine tuna with sauce in a large bowl and mix well
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
