The Latino Food Show will present a dynamic program at its exhibit floor, with culinary demonstrations by celebrity chefs, workshops and educational sessions, and enjoyable tastings during the Latin Food and Wine Festival.

The World of the Latino Cuisine Food and Beverage show, at the Meadowlands Expo Center, will feature the participation of the largest food and beverage distributors serving the Latino market, and exhibitors from the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Peru, Dominican Republic, Panama and Spain. The visiting companies are looking to expand by increasing their sales via the ever-growing Latino market in America.

The show also features educational sessions which includeworkshops by the faculty of the Rutgers Food Innovation Center, the FDA, USDA, and expert industry professionals. The sessions by Rutgers cover the new rules on food safety, and trends in technology for specialty, processed foods. The FDA session includes a full discussion of the changes made to food labeling rules. United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) representatives will present on the new country of origin (COO) rules.

"We are asking all companies interested in exhibiting to register early, as the show is growing exponentially and we want to accommodate everyone," explained Bill Coln, CEO of the World of the Latino Cuisine. "We also ask those who want to attend to register early, as well," added Mr. Coln.

The culinary demonstrations will be headlined by Fernando Desa, Goya's Executive Chef, celebrity Chef Juancho Ortz, a radio and TV personality in the Dominican Republic, and Chef Ronaldo Linares, author of the healthy-recipes book - endorsed by the American Diabetes Association - on classical Cuban cuisine, Sabores de Cuba.

This year the event will also feature the Latin Food & Wine Festival. The festival will be held after 5:00 p.m. at the same location, on Wednesday, August 24th, and will include networking, food tastings of all the various Latino cuisines, wine and spirits, and cultural presentations.

This is the largest B2B show for the Latino market anywhere in the U.S. Hundreds of exhibitors and thousands in attendance. If you would like to exhibit, contact Bill Coln at latinofoodshow1@gmail.com or call 973-273-0273.
