Kohler Co., leading manufacturer of kitchen & bath plumbing products, is pleased to add to its successful line of KOHLER Original Recipe Chocolates the silky smooth Chocolate Bar Collection. The bars, now available as 1.5 ounce confections, make their debut at this year's Fancy Food Show in San Francisco and are offered in six delicious flavors: Milk and Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut Crunch, Mint, Cherry Almond and Peanut Butter.
The line of Chocolate Bars underwent a complete transformation, improving the recipes and packaging. The recipe for each Chocolate Bar was reviewed diligently while the staff worked tirelessly to create a memorable tasting experience. The Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar is one that Chocolatier Anette Righi DeFendi and her staff recall fondly as the research, trials and improvements made set the tone for how thoroughly each bar was approached.
The new Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar includes a filling of natural creamy peanut butter, a hint of sea salt and a dash of milk and dark chocolate encased in a perfect blend of a milk chocolate shell. "Our goal with the new Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar was to find the perfect blend and balance of a rich and silky smooth filling that melts in your mouth," said DeFendi.
"We tried several versions of each Chocolate Bar until we found the perfect combination. We really aimed to 'set the bar' high with our versions and are excited to introduce these delicious chocolate bars to our consumers," DeFendi added. The Chocolate Bars are available year round and can be purchased online at www.KohlerChocolates.com or in Kohler at Craverie Chocolatier Cafe.
