F.A.M.E. - Food.Art.Music.Entertainment. will open this March with the second phase of Caesars Entertainment's The LINQ, introducing a new concept that blends a high-energy Asian market serving authentic street fare on the main floor and a dynamic, contemporary Japanese restaurant on the upper level.

"With a collaboration of chefs, our menu will feature traditional and innovative dishes from Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, China and Malaysia."

The Asian market will recreate a culinary bazaar, combining the great street foods of Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, China and Malaysia on a menu serving dim sum, stir-fry, ramen, barbecue, crepe and more. Ping Kwan Lam, whose specialty is Chinese-style tapas, will be the featured chef on the main floor. Most recently at Ding Tai Fung, a famous dumpling restaurant in Taiwan, Lam's experience also includes such popular Hong Kong restaurants as Jade Garden, Luk Yi Tea House and Yung Kee. A stationary "food truck" will offer fusion fare, and a vast selection of microbrews from an array of Asian countries will be served in bottles and on tap. Live Asian-inspired entertainment, such as tiger and dragon dances and Taiko drum performances, along with Gangnam-style beats will keep the market festive. A retail area will offer novelty items inspired by Asian culture, such as miniature drums and other souvenirs.
The upper level at F.A.M.E. will host a trendy Japanese restaurant complete with a DJ booth in the dining room and two patios, including one with lounge-style seating adjacent to a bar, for an atmosphere that blends fine dining with a night on the town. Various styles of Japanese cuisine will be on the menu and guests may choose to dine at a table or at the Tokyo-style Robata Bar, Sushi Bar or Tempura Bar. Chef Hideki Fuwa, whose previous experience includes Onya in New York City and Ippudo and East Restaurant Group, both in Japan, will lead the upstairs dining team. The cocktail menu will feature an array of Asian-inspired cocktails made with sake and other traditional spirits.
Located just steps away from the Las Vegas Strip at The LINQ, the 12,000-square-foot venue will offer a picturesque view of the High Roller observation wheel. The Asian market will seat up to 200 inside, with seating for 50 more on the outdoor patio, and the upper level will seat 150 guests inside and 50 outside on a rooftop dining area. The Asian market will be open daily from 11 a.m. until late, and the restaurant on the upper level will be open for dinner, only.
