Delysia Chocolatier's Kickstarter Campaign is Live

Delysia Chocolatier, Austin's premier award-winning chocolate company, has launched itsKickstarter campaign to raise the funds needed to complete the construction of their chocolate production facility and education center. Building plans include a commercial kitchen and a small event space for movie screenings and chocolate pairing courses.

"Kickstarter is a great way for entrepreneurs to make their creative ideas a reality and fund their business on their own terms," says Nicole Patel, Delysia's owner and chocolatier. "I'm excited to offer some delicious incentives to my Kickstarter backers."

Delysia Chocolatier's Kickstarter rewards include a truffle collection inspired include a truffle collection inspired by the movie Chocolat signed by Johnny Depp, a VIP dinner prepared by one of Austin's finest chefs at Delysia's new facility, a personalized chocolate horoscope, and the chance to create a custom truffle collection.

"Sharing my passion and my knowledge for chocolate are part of my goals for Delysia's future. I look forward to hosting courses on chocolate history, proper pairings, and truffle-making," adds Ms. Patel.

Once the new space is completed, Delysia will have its own kitchen to create unique new flavors that have become their signature.Kickstarter backers at certain levels will be the first to experience the education center with courses designed just for them. Upon successful funding by Kickstarter, construction would be completed in early 2014.
