(Nasdaq:DFRG) is pleased to announce the opening of its newest Del Frisco's Grille in Pasadena, CA located at 55 South Lake Avenue, which opened on Saturday, Dec. 20, 2014. The new eatery marks the third location to open in Southern California, the 16th Del Frisco's Grille nationwide and the 46th restaurant overall for the Company, which also owns and operates 11 Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House and 19 Sullivan's Steakhouse locations.
Del Frisco's Grille combines the comfortable atmosphere of an American bar & grill with upscale entrees, an extensive wine list and handcrafted cocktails. The energetic bar creates a buzz throughout the restaurant and sets the stage for an exciting dining experience. Del Frisco's worked with SF Jones Architects to create a unique dining environment that draws from the essence in which the restaurant sits, giving it a social vibe with communal tables and an exhibition kitchen. Spanning more than 7,000 square feet, Del Frisco's Grille has a guest capacity of about 200 people for both indoor and outdoor seating. Guests can further take advantage of the attractive seasonal weather on the 650 square foot patio for a more laid-back setting.

Leading the culinary team at Del Frisco's Grille in Pasadena is Executive Chef Angel Flores, a native of the San Gabriel Valley, who will serve classic dishes with bold flavors and local ingredients. The Pasadena Grille will feature a menu of tempting favorites and locally-inspired dishes including Grilled Artichoke, West Coast Fish Tacos and Steamed Brown Bag Fish. Fans of The Grille will delight in a familiar menu featuring fresh, approachable cuisine that includes Wood Oven-Baked Flatbreads, Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and Ahi Tacos, as well as a selection of prime steaks, hearty salads, juicy burgers, formidable sandwiches and chef-inspired entrees. Staying true to The Grille's tradition of premium steaks and seafood, the stars of the menu include prime New York strip, shaved prime steak sandwich, and sole francese with lump crab & chive-lemon butter.
The Grille is also known for its toast-worthy wine, which includes 300 regional and global vintages, creating an unparalleled and adventurous wine list. Signature cocktails are handmade and muddled using fresh ingredients. Craft beers on draft and by the bottle are available, including local favorites such as Eagle Rock Brewery.
The Grille is now open regularly Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. - 11 p.m., Saturday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.
