Daniel T. Kamide Cooks up Easy, Fun Recipe Book

After collecting recipes for over 25 years in boxes, folders and various other cookbooks and experiencing a great deal of frustration when trying to locate specific ones, Daniel T. Kamide decided to compile all his recipes in his new cookbook, "Danny T's Easy and Memorable Meals" (published by iUniverse).

"Danny T's Easy and Memorable Meals," is a comprehensive cookbook including over 800 easy to prepare recipes. The cookbook features appetizers, beverages, main entrees, salads and desserts. The book features great organizational structure for easily locating specific recipes by food selection, ethnic classification and seasonal preparation. The book also features a chapter on entertainment, which includes a guide to beverages, cheese, chocolate and wine parings.
