Concessions International Opening First-Ever Georgetown Gourmet Market at Reagan National Airport

Leading U.S. concessionaire Concessions International(CI) will open Georgetown Gourmet Market in Regan National Airport on March 22. A first location for the brand. Georgetown Gourmet Market is a joint venture between CI and Patricia Reilly Food Concepts (PRFC), a woman-owned Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) partner.

The new concept is a local market featuring healthy, fresh foods built on the idea that food that tastes good can also be good for you. The menu will include made-to-order Paninis, grab-n-go sandwiches, and fresh salads featuring a choice of Tuscan kale, Mesclun or mixed greens. It will be located in Terminal C near Gate C40.

"As consumers demand healthier choices in their dining options, they also expect those options when they travel," said Donata Russell Major, CI's Chief Executive Officer. "Georgetown Gourmet Market is a great place for those airport guests who are looking for something lighter and healthier."

The idea for Georgetown Gourmet Market comes from longtime concessionaire Patricia Reilly of PRFC. Reilly has spent 27 years in the concessions business and is also a certified nutrition coach. Her passion for nutritious foods and healthy eating inspired the concept.

This will be the second time CI has partner with PRFC. They first teamed up last year when they opened Chef Geoff's in Dulles International Airport. The opening of Georgetown Gourmet Market marks CI's third location at Reagan National Airport and their first opening in 2016. CI has six restaurants in both Reagan National and Dulles International airports.
