The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage is thrilled to introduce an all-new enhancement to The Edge Steakhouse menu, just in time for Valentine's Day. This February 14th, the luxury resort's fine dining restaurant, The Edge Steakhouse, will feature a specialty menu as well as an amuse-bouche that is truly like no other. Designed to start the evening off with a spark, each guest will experience this savory pleasure that is sure to kindle the romantic mood.

This non-traditional hors d'oeuvre is placed in a glass of champagne atop a floating bed of edible flower pedals. Along with an edible rose, the amuse-bouche is topped off with strawberry puree and a unique enhancer. Utilizing a 'spherification' technique, the strawberry puree is transformed into a viscous orb which complements the crackling sensation produced by the pebbled garnish.
