You'll want to raise a glass and celebrate National Margarita Day on Wednesday, February 22nd with the ever popular drink. -Archer & Goat in Harlem draws culinary inspiration from the husband-wife owners' Latin American and South Asian heritages - and so do the cocktails. Delightful Margarita Recipes from El Bandido Yankee and Ghost Tequila

A great Margarita starts with the right tequila. Check out these two recipes from some of our favorite brands, stock your bar, and mix them up at home for family and friends.

Ghost Mango Margarita

Ingredients:

-2 oz Ghost Tequila

-1.5 oz Mango Juice

-.75 oz Lime Juice

-.50 oz Agave Syrup

-Mango Slice and Lime Wheel Garnish

Method: Add tequila, mango juice, lime juice, agave syrup and ice to shaker. Shake vigorously. Pour into glass of choice and garnish with a slice of mango and a lime wheel.

El Bandido Yankee Classic Margarita

Ingredients:

-2 parts El Bandido Yankee Blanco Tequila

-1 part lime

-3/4 parts agave nectar

Method: Mix in a pitcher with a lot of ice and pour over a full glass of ice.
