Roy's Lounge at The Westin Nova Scotian is now offering a selection of local craft beers. In addition to Garrison Brewing Irish Red, the downtown Halifax hotel is serving up two local brews from Big Spruce Brewing.
"With many world travelers visiting the hotel, we wanted to expand our selection of Nova Scotia craft beers," says Peter Wilson, Manager of Roy's Lounge at The Westin Nova Scotian. "As we see more microbreweries in Nova Scotia and guests interested in tasting the flavours of our province, we wanted to show our support to these craft beer producers. We're proud to support our local breweries."
Now available on tap in the hotel lobby bar, Roy's Lounge, guests can enjoy two brews from Big Spruce Brewing: Cereal Killer Oatmeal Stout and Bitter Get'er India Black IPA. Big Spruce Brewing is located on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia and has taken the area by storm with their local craft beers.
With a variety of specialty drinks, local Nova Scotia wines, weekly live entertainment, tasty tidbits and more, Roy's Lounge is a great place to relax after a busy day of meetings or travel.
