Labor Day is fast approaching, but the warm weather is hardly over. Visit one of our favorite rooftop bars, Cantina Rooftop in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of NYC. There you can enjoy their special seasonal cocktail, Sagre de Nopal crafted by master mixologist, tequila expert, and Bacardi brand ambassador Nelson Lemus.
The Sangre de Nopal cocktail an Instagram worthy sip that provides the perfect complement to any of Cantina's Mexican dishes such as Enchiladas Poblanos (braised pulled chicken with mole, lettuce, red onion, red radish, crema and queso fresco) and Camarones Al Ajillo (garlic shrimp with tequila flame, lime juice, chile de arbol and Mexican rice).
Cantina Rooftop is a drinking and dining destination that provides expansive views of the NYC. Stop by this hotspot for the Sagre de Nopal and gather the ingredients so you can make this refreshing end of the summer cocktail at home. We have the recipe for our readers.
