Benihana's Latest Offering, Spicy Hibachi Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Yuzu Chili Colossal Shrimp, Available for Limited Time

Benihana Inc., the nation's leading operator of Japanese theme and sushi restaurants, has announced its latest limited-time menu offerings, available exclusively at select Benihana restaurants from Aug. 9 through Oct. 31.

Benihana's latest entre from the grill, Spicy Hibachi Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Yuzu Chili Colossal Shrimp, is a pork tenderloin blackened with chili spices, paprika, thyme, black pepper and salt, finished with garlic butter. The tenderloin is paired with colossal shrimp grilled alongside the sweet, citrus flavors of yuzu and lemon.

Guests will also want to try Benihana's latest limited-time drink offerings while available.

• The Sparkling Strawberry Sangria combines fresh muddled strawberries, Absolut Citron vodka, Combier Liqueur D'Orange and lemon juice, topped with Rose Regale.
• The Fuji Apple Punch Bowl is a sweet combination of Skyy Vodka Honeycrisp vodka, Hana Fuji Apple Sake, Licor 43, apple cider and a cinnamon-sugar rim. The bowl is perfect for sharing with two or more people.
• The Kirin Ichiban or Kirin Light is the perfect beer to accompany the Spicy Pork Tenderloin. Gold in color, it boasts a clean and crisp, refreshing finish.
• Sake lovers should try the Horin Junmai Dai Ginjo, which is made in small batches and slowly fermented at low temperatures for a delicate and refined flavor.
• The Enlightenment Sake Flight offers 2 oz. pours of three super premium sake selections: Suigei Tokubetsu Junmai, Shimizu No Mai Junmai Ginjo and Horin Junmai Dai Ginjo.
