New York Fashion Week (NYFW) has wrapped up but the excitement of runway shows and fantastic parties lingers on. Broadwayworld.com was at a private event at Beautique, the upscale restaurant in Midtown Manhattan. Guests celebrated the cover of Social Life Magazine featuring Sonja Morgan and anti-aging specialist, Doctor Christopher Calapai.

Sonja Morgan is one of the renowned stars on Real Housewives of New York. The event also showcased her gorgeous fashion designs, the "Sonja Morgan New York collection."

With the party in full swing, we had the opportunity to chat with both and Morgan and Calapai and ask them about their favorite cocktails.

Dr. Calapai told us that his top drink is Grey Goose straight up, dirty with olives. He especially likes his olives stuffed with blue cheese to give the vodka that extra zip.

Sonja Morgan's cocktail of choice is a Dirty Martini. She also said that she likes Jose Cuervo tequila and enjoys the spirit in mixes. Morgan also enjoys the "bubbles of Prosecco." And here's a recipe for Morgan's favorite drink.

DIRTY MARTINI

6 fluid ounces of vodka

1 dash of dry vermouth

1 fluid ounce of brine from olive jar

4 stuffed green olives

In a mixing glass, combine vodka, dry vermouth, brine and olives. Pour into a glass over ice. You can drink it on the rocks or strain into a chilled martini glass.

Also in attendence at the party: George Wayne, Stylist Phillip Bloch, Rob Shuter, singer Consuelo Vanderbilt Costin, Jill Sand, Dr. Barry Weintraub, TRUE Model Management's Dale Noelle, Chiu-Ti Jansen, Gigi Grimstad, actress Anastasia Garvey, singer Drew Gasparini, Elegant Affairs Andrea Correale, R.
