BURKE & WILLS Australia Day Celebration 1/26

Celebrate Australia Day on January 26th at Burke & Wills Australian Bistro on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Executive Chef Rodrigo Nogueira (Montmartre, the Monkey Bar, Colicchio and Sons) has created a special 5-course prix fixe menu inspired by the adventurous flavors of Australia, and owner Tim Harris has crafted an all-Australian wine pairing featuring premium selections.

The 5-course prix fixe is $65, or $105 with the pairing. Options include South Australian Yellowfin with blood orange, red currants and radishes (paired with Grosset Clare Valley Riesling), Barramundi with braised rainbow chard, crispy brussels and fennel broth (paired with Suckfizzle Margaret River Chardonnay) and traditional Aussie pavlova for dessert (paired with DeBortoli Noble One).
