ARIANA SoHo Announces New Year's Eve Offerings

Ring in the New Year in a relaxed and stylish setting on Wednesday, 12/31 at contemporary Russian eatery ARIANA (138-140 W. Houston Street) which will offer a luxurious & cosmopolitan celebration with a special Six-Course Pre-Fixe Dining Event. This elegant evening will feature dynamic live entertainment including a performance from restaurateur, multi-platinum recording artist and six-time Russian Grammy Award-winner Ariana Grinblat, Burlesque from Nina La Voix, a DJ and Live Piano Music by Leonard Reina, alongside enticing & refined modern Russian cuisine from Executive Chef Vitalii Kovalev and an Open Bar with Moët Champagne, the restaurant's exceptional Seasonal Vodka Cocktails, Aged Martinis & Infused Shot Duos plus Red & White Wine, Tequila, Rum, Bourbon, Whiskey, Cognac, Beer and Non-Alcoholic Beverages.

A truly unique NYC culinary destination, the New Year's Eve Celebration at ARIANA is sure to provide an intimate and one-of-a-kind experience perfect for couples and groups; just a few of the standout dishes you can expect to savor on 12/31 include Red & Black Caviar Blinis, divine Lobster Salad, a creamy platter of Assorted Cured Fish, warm and flavorful Sage Chicken or Lamb Chops, and the restaurant's signature Duck Pelmeni (tender roast duck dumplings). ARIANA is the first conceptual restaurant from Russian-American multi-platinum pop recording artist and six-time Russian Grammy Award-winner Ariana Grinblat and showcases cuisine from St. Petersburg-born Executive Chef Vitalii Kovalev who has worked in some of Russia's most distinguished restaurants and kitchens. Located in the iconic Manhattan neighborhood of SoHo, ARIANA, which opened spring, 2014, offers New York City a dining experience unmatched by any other establishment. Redefining international cultural cuisine, the restaurant showcases dishes executed with a refined, yet bold sensibility and an emphasis on seasonal flavors and ingredients. The menu is comprised of an assortment of enticing options for any palate, including a Small & Large plates, a caviar selection, and an impressive Cocktail Menu highlighting Russia's most significant spirit (featuring seasonal cocktails, in-house infused vodkas, shot duos and aged vodkas).

Advancing & enhancing the reputation of Russian cuisine, the dining menu at ARIANA draws inspiration from Grinblat's own experience cooking with her mother and grandmother and is comprised of Small Plates ($11-$20) and Large Plates ($18-$36) designed to be shared. The 2,000 square foot space is located inside a 19th century building which has retained some of its original history and charm.
