Walter McBride As a 14 year old youth, Walter was transfixed by his first Broadway Show, the original production of 'GREASE'. His Journey to celebrity photojournalism began that fateful night. Meeting, photographing and getting to know the cast inspired him to spend his professional life doing what he loved. Currently headlining in New Jersey with his partner Richard and family members Dali (Jack Russell) & Gala (Schnoodle). Recently he made his Broadway debut sharing the stage with Hugh Jackman in 'Hugh Jackman on Broadway' as well as receiving the Actors' Equity Association Gypsy Spirit Award. As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Broadway Records will release a New Broadway Cast Album of Fiddler on the Roof. It will have its worldwide release on March 18th and be available to purchase at The Broadway Theatre beginning March 8th. The recording is currently available for pre-order at The Broadway Theatre, on Amazon.com and on the label's website,http://www.broadwayrecords.com/. Broadway's Shuffle Along Or The Making of the Musical Sensation of 1921 and All That Followed is a new production that presents both the 1921 musical itself and details the events that catalyzed the songwriting team of Noble Sissle and Eubie Blake, and librettists F.E. Miller and Aubrey Lyles to create this ground-breaking work. Previews will begin Tuesday, March 15, 2016. Opening night is Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street). Joining Pasquale as 'Jamie Lockhart' is Andrew Durand as 'Little Harp,' Evan Harrington as 'Big Harp,' Greg Hildreth as 'Goat,' Leslie Kritzer as 'Salome,' Ahna O'Reilly as 'Rosamund,'Nadia Quinn as 'Raven/Goat's Mother,' Lance Roberts as 'Clement Musgrove' and Devere Rogers as 'Airie/Man.' The news was shared on Bowie's official Facebook : January 10 2016 -David Bowie died peacefully today surrounded by his family after a courageous 18 month battle with cancer.
