A federal judge in George threw out the suit today, stating that the plaintiff, Lisa Jackson, had no grounds to sue both Deen and her brother, Bubba Hiers, according to People. Jackson also filed a sexual harrassment suit against the beleagured culinary figure - it was not struck down.

TNT's live complete-round presentation of the 2013 PGA Championship from the Oak Hill Country Club East Course in Pittsford, N.Y., averaged a 1.2 U.S. HH rating and 1.6 million total viewers to register its highest-rated and most-viewed coverage of the event since 2010. This year's PGA Championship averaged 1.6 million total viewers, an increase of 54% compared with last year's average of 1,038,000 viewers. The corresponding 1.2 U.S. HH rating is up 50% over last year's 0.8 average rating across the four days of coverage.

FAMILY GAME NIGHT to Return to The Hub on 8/17

AMC's BREAKING BAD Returns with 5.9 Million Viewers

AMC's Breaking Bad returned last night with the first of its eight final episodes, delivering 5.9 million viewers, the most in series history and up 102% over the show's season five premiere last summer. From 9pm – 10pm, the network earned a 4.2 HH rating delivering 3.3 million adults 25-54 and 3.6 million adults 18-49. Immediately following Breaking Bad, AMC premiered its newest dramatic series, Low Winter Sun, which got off to a strong start, attracting 2.5 million viewers. To close AMC's first ever three-premiere night, the Breaking Bad after-show, Talking Bad – hosted by Chris Hardwick and featuring discussion and analysis of this iconic television series – debuted with 1.2 million viewers.

Pending updates, 'Dateline NBC' is #1 in its 9-11 p.m. ET slot among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, adults 25-54, total viewers and other key measures. Subject to adjustment in official nationals, 'Dateline NBC' is currently averaging a 1.6/5 in 18-49 and 6.3 million viewers overall. Note that while 'Dateline' is currently reporting a summer high in 18-49, these ratings, along with all other Big 4 results last night, are likely to be adjusted downward in official nationals due to local preemptions for NFL Preseason Football.

TNT's exclusive live third round coverage of the 2013 PGA Championship from the Oak Hill Country Club East Course in Rochester, N.Y., averaged a 1.6 rating, up 78% compared with a 0.9 rating in 2012. The 1.6 rating, based on Nielsen metered markets, is the network's highest rating for the Championships' third round since 2010 (1.7 rating).
