Sports madness is everywhere this March, but nowhere is it more of a slam dunk than on Friday night's favorite fashion forum. E!'s “Fashion Police” will salute the fashion-forward men and women of professional sports with a three week celebration called “Fash Fabness.” From the basketball court, to the soccer field, to the golf course and beyond, professional athletes are more than team members these days; they are trendsetters in their own right who are designing their own clothing lines, showing up on red carpets and looking good doing it. For three consecutive Fridays beginning March 14th, “Fashion Police” will celebrate one of the biggest events in sports as only they can with specially themed “Fash Fabness” episodes starting at 9pm ET/PT only on E!

Anne Sweeney, who oversaw 18 years of tremendous growth and success of Disney's global entertainment and news properties and who helped shepherd the television industry into the digital age, today announced that she would be departing The Walt Disney Company [NYSE: DIS] in January of 2015 to pursue a career in Television Directing. Sweeney, who joined the company in 1996, is currently co-chair, Disney Media Networks and president, Disney/ABC Television Group.

According to TV Guide, the Tony winner has just landed a guest role on the network's long-running legal drama THE GOOD WIFE, playing the 'new fiancee of wife killer, and frequent Lockhart / Gardner client, Colin Sweeney (Dylan Baker).'

Adult Swim has announced that they have greenlit a new half-hour live-action scripted comedy called Black Jesus from award-winning writer/producer, Aaron McGruder (The Boondocks, Red Tails). The show finds Jesus living in present day Compton, CA on a daily mission to spread love and kindness throughout the neighborhood with the help of his small but loyal group of downtrodden followers. The series stars newcomer Gerald 'Slink' Johnson (Grand Theft Auto V) as Black Jesus, and also stars Charlie Murphy (Are We There Yet), Corey Holcomb (The Cleveland Show), and John Witherspoon (The Boondocks, The First Family). Production has begun on the new series in Los Angeles, CA, which will premiere later this year.

The ink hasn't quite dried on season two of VH1's hit Harlem-based docu-series, 'Black Ink Crew.' Now returning bigger and bolder than ever, with more drama, new faces, and of course, fresh tattoos and their accompanying stories, the upcoming five hour-long episodes will continue to chronicle the complicated lives of those at the Black Ink Tattoo Studio when the series returns Monday, March 31 at 9:30 PM*.

FOX Sports added to its already deep MLB lineup, today announcing that former Cy Young Award winner John Smoltz and nationally renowned broadcaster Matt Vasgersian team up to call MLB games on the FOX Broadcast Network and FOX Sports 1. The announcement was made by John Entz, Executive Vice President, Production & Executive Producer, FOX Sports. Smoltz and Vasgersian join the game roster that already includes Joe Buck, Harold Reynolds and Tom Verducci, reporters Erin Andrews and Ken Rosenthal, and play-by-play announcers Kenny Albert and Thom Brennaman.

Last night's premiere of OWN's new docu-series 'Lindsay' delivered 693,184 total viewers with a .56 women 25-54 rating, .52 women 18-49 rating and .53 women 18-34 (Sunday, March 9 at 10 p.m. ET/PT). The episode posted triple-digit gains across the key demos vs. the prior six-week time period average (+178% in total viewers; +300% W25-54; +478% W18-49; +1225% W18-34). Versus one year ago, the premiere delivered double-digit ratings growth (+57% total viewers; +37% W25-54; +73% W18-49; +231% W18-34).

This spring, comedian, writer and podcaster Marc Maron is bringing his world of problems, attempts at redemption and brood of cats back to IFC for 13 new half-hour episodes of his comedy series Maron. Revolving around Marc's life and his successful WTF podcast (www.wtfpod.com), each episode lays bare the misguided attempts of a man who is trying to grow, but often finds himself asking, 'We good?' Maron season two premieres May 8 at 10:00pm ET/PT on IFC.

BBC AMERICA delves into the real history of science fiction with filmmakers, writers, actors and graphic artists looking back on their experiences and on how their obsession and imagination has taken them into the unknown. The new original documentary series is a BBC AMERICA and BBC Two co-production. The Real History of Science Fiction premieres Saturday, April 19, 10:00pm ET.
