Ms. Thompson plays piano and vamps, purrs and romps her way through jazz and standards from the 1930s through the present, along with her own original material in her new program, 'Slender, Tender and Tall - An Evening With Ms. Jo Thompson'. The Carlyle, A Rosewood Hotel welcomes the Grammy Award-winning vocalist Debby Boone for her debut at the Cafe Carlyle with her new program 'Swing This'. Acclaimed jazz vocalist Rebecca Kilgore and the Harry Allen Jazz Quartet returned to New York with a new show, “I Like Men -- Songs about Men from Tin Pan Alley to Broadway,” for five nights at the Metropolitan Room from March 6 to March 10. Mr. Young opens at the Cafe Carlyle through February 23rd where he will be joined by GLEE music producer Tommy Faragher as his music director with a seven piece band including Mr. Faragher on piano/keyboards, John Putnam on guitar, Paul Socolow on bass, Eric Kalb on drums, Goke Erem on violin, Eddy Malave on viola, and Leigh Stuart on Cello.
