Columbia Records Releases SONS OF ANARCHY Soundtrack, 11/29November 11, 2011Columbia Records in partnership with FX and Twentieth Century Fox Television will release the soundtrack to FX's highest rated series, SONS OF ANARCHY. Appearing at the Side Splitters Comedy Club, 11/10-12November 7, 2011Appearing Nov. 10 - 12 at Side Splitters Comedy Club is Nick Griffin, who started his stand up career in Kansas City at the age of nineteen. By the time he graduated from college three years later, he was working full time all across the country. He moved to New York City in 1990 cutting his teeth on midnight shows in Greenwich Village. He was poor and alone but getting funnier and funnier. Eventually he relocated to Los Angeles and quickly became a regular at the world famous Improv and The Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach. During this time, he appeared on a handful of television shows including A and EÂ's An Evening at the Improv and Comedy on the Road.
SAM Improv Group Brings the Funny to Second City, 11/10November 7, 2011SAM is the comedic all female improv show at Second City's Skybox Theatre. This fully improvised show begins with a talk show styled after The View, and then breaks off into scenes based on the audience's suggestion. It features Punam Patel and Sarah Shook who are members of Second City's House Ensemble, Blair Beeken, and Meg Grunewald.
