Writer/Director Harry Brandrick’s THE OUT is a poignant and personal story as his own father battled with drug addiction for most of his life. Processing this relationship provided the seed for this story which follows a recovering heroin addict who is trying to get his life back together after leaving a penitentiary.

The film was inspired by the director’s own experiences of searching for her biological dad and the film is set in London’s East End, on the exact same street, where she found him. After an already impressive run on the festival circuit, this must-see film will screen at the Oscar-qualifying Indyshorts Film Festival.

France based pop/rock trio, OAKMAN releases the music video for their latest single, “Murder,” out now via Rude Records. The video, directed by Aurélien Mariat, follows lead singer Marine as she hunts down a man who previously tried to kill her. Through the dense forest, Marine turns the tide on her would-be-assassin in a intense allegory of abuse.

Grace Davies has unveiled the official music video for her triumphant new single, ‘Wolves’, a rip-roaring power-punch to the past and a life-affirming ode to owning your mistakes. Along with the release, Grace has announced her first ever headline show at St. Pancras Old Church, London, taking place on 18th August 2022.

The second annual RokIsland Fest 2023 has added hard rock icon Vince Neil to its lineup, January 17-21 in Key West, FL. On this new LP, Hilton speaks in his mother tongue, the 12-bit vernacular of trip-hop, a genre he helped bring to life as a co-founder of Thievery. Across ten expansive tracks, the artist/producer uses old-school skills to craft new school chill in a genre that is currently enjoying a resurgence — but for Hilton at least, trip-hop never went away.
