Pat Petrillo has long been recognized as one of the most versatile and prolific drummers on the scene. He has worked with a wide array of artists from diverse genres, including Patti LaBelle, Gloria Gaynor, Chieli Minucci, and Ed Hamilton as well as numerous Broadway shows, from A Chorus Line, to Newsies, to the national tour of Dreamgirls.

Starring role, Tony– and Emmy–nominated actor Jeremy Pope, The Inspection is a knockout drama based on his own experiences as a gay man in Marine Corps basic training following a decade of living on the streets. The film also stars Raúl Castillo, Bokeem Woodbine, and Gabrielle Union.

Los Angeles-based trio MUNA released their highly anticipated and career defining self-titled album to critical acclaim in June (via Saddest Factory Records) and are currently on tour in support of the release. The band is composed of Katie Gavin (she/they), Naomi McPherson (they/them), and Josette Maskin (she/they).

The new track follows the release of “Thanks” and Quinn joining The Wild Hearts Tour supporting indie greats Sharon Van Etten, Angel Olsen and Julien Baker on a national run of shows. The ensemble cast of My Policeman — Harry Styles, Emma Corrin, Gina McKee, Linus Roache, David Dawson, and Rupert Everett — will be honoured with the TIFF Tribute Award for Performance. As previously scheduled, My Policeman by director Michael Grandage will have its World Premiere at this year’s Festival.

The follow-up to 2020’s ‘Thirteen Dances’, the NYC saxophonist, technologist, dancer and composer will release a new album. Comprising 11 songs of his pioneering brand of cosmic jazz, Butler delivers a concept album of maverick instrumentals tied together by a cryptic central protagonist known only as ‘The Sunbather’. As Butler explains:

Josh Berwanger's genre-blending funk punk project Gemini Parks is on a mission to make you dance. Recorded with Oklahoma producer Jarod Evans (Broncho, Flaming Lips) in 2021 at Blackwatch Studios, Berwanger later added Mitch Hewlit on drums and J-Swamp on bass. Listen to the new single now!

Brian D'Arcy James stars in a new film, The Cathedral, which follows an only child's account of an American family's rise and fall over two decades. Joining James in the cast of the film is Monica Barbaro, Mark Zeisler, Geraldine Singer, William Bednar-Carter. It was previously shown at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival.
