Today, the American Black Film Festival (ABFF) and Laugh Out Loud, the comedy brand and multi-platform network created by Kevin Hart and global content leader Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B), announced a new partnership for a filmmaker fellowship showcasing exciting new comedic creative voices. The ABFF and Laugh Out Loud will take submissions for comedic narrative film ideas and scripts that are 5-10 minutes in length and feature diverse casts or have a broad appeal to multicultural audiences, with the top three films to receive a production budget and premiere slot at ABFF.

Cozy Slippers is a Seattle indie three-piece with dual-lead female vocals and a warm veneer of nostalgia. The band got its start when Barbara Barrilleaux (drums, keyboards, and vocals) and Sarah Engel (bass and vocals) met at Ladies Rock Camp, a weekend event that introduces women to rock instruments and playing in a band. Country music's leading content creators CMT, a unit of Viacom Inc. (NASDAQ: VIAB, VIA) and iHeartMedia's Premiere Networks (PINK: IHRT) today announced a multi-year deal extension that keeps intact the world's largest country music platform spanning radio, television, digital and social, and reaching more than 100 million combined fans. Award-winning country radio and CMT personality Cody Alan will continue as host of Premiere Networks' long-running syndicated radio program CMTAfter MidNite with Cody Alan, which celebrates 25 years on-air this year. Alan was recently nominated for ACM Radio Awards' “National On-Air Personality of the Year.”

Since their formation in 2011, The Gloaming have sold out an unprecedented seventeen consecutive concerts at Dublin's National Concert Hall (NCH).
