Multi-award winning singer, songwriter and recording artist JUDY BARNETT is appearing at the hot new BOB EGAN'S NEW HOPE supper club/cabaret in the Ramada at New Hope, on Friday, December 17th. The Jedlicka Performing Arts Center proudly presents the hit Broadway musical GREY GARDENS at their 250-seat theatre just outside the Chicago city limits. The Players Club of Swarthmore Theater is ringing in the new year with an intimate musical about a girl and a boy - and the Spanish gaucho hired by their fathers to whip up a romance. Theatergoers around the globe have fallen in love with songs like 'Try to Remember' and 'Soon it's Gonna Rain' in The Fantasticks - coming to the Swarthmore stage starting January 7th.

Young Men's Ensemble Director Dr. Steven Kronauer moderates the conversation, during which Heppner, currently featured in the title role of LA Opera's production of Lohengrin, will discuss his career in general, as well as his singing techniques, his voice change during adolescence, and how he trained during that period of his life. He will also answer questions from the audience.

Franklin 54 Gallery + Projects is pleased to present a solo exhibition of extraordinary fresco and archeo forms by James LoParo. The large-scale fresco pieces are impressive, powerful and majestic. LoParo's interesting process includes building up layer upon layer of marks, letters, writings, scribbling and color intuitively and spontaneous which progressively become more deliberate. This journey goes on for 7-8 layers as he manipulates the piece to the top.
