Once again, visitors and residents of St. Charles are invited to Applaud, Create, and Get Away as arts and business organizations across the city reunite for the second annual St. Charles Summer Theater Festival.

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles (BAFTA Los Angeles) has selected seven finalists for its annual BAFTA Los Angeles Student Film Awards, showcasing the best work of filmmakers of the next generation. The awards will take place on Wednesday, June 20 at the Los Angeles Film School Theater in Hollywood.

WICKED, one of the most anticipated musical productions of the 2012 - 2013 KeyBank Broadway at the Paramount series will go on sale to the public on Friday, June 22 at 10am. On June 18, 2012 at 6:00 p.m., Award-winning actresses Linda Lavin and Nilaja Sun will join The Fortune Society as it celebrates the 10th anniversary of "The Castle"- a West Harlem supportive housing program that, over the last decade, has provided critical services and support to more than 1,000 formerly homeless men and women who served time in prison. Also attending the event will be former Governor of New Jersey James McGreevey.
