Meticulously restored from the original 65mm negative, the Lawrence of Arabia 50th Anniversary Event: Digitally Restored features an exclusive introduction from "Lawrence of Arabia" star and Academy Award® nominee Omar Sharif. The event will also include newsreel footage of the New York premiere as stars arrive on the red carpet, as well as footage of King Hussein visiting the film set in Aqaba where he met David Lean, Sam Spiegel and Peter O'Toole.

Plans include the screening of the classic Clark Gable film IT HAPPENED ONE NIGHT on Friday, Sept. 14 at 8 pm; $5 at the door. A free community event takes place in the afternoon with a screening of the documentary film JOYOUS GARDE, about John Steinbeck's time in Sag Harbor, on Saturday, Sept. 15 from 12 pm - 4 pm. Then later that evening at 8 pm, see Nancy Atlas live in concert. Tickets are $15 per person available at the door.
