KIT-Kairos Italy Theater--the preeminent Italian theater company in NY, proudly presents "NO ESCAPE," four One-Acts by Dino Buzzati, commemorating the 40th anniversary of his death. Buzzati, known as "the Italian Kafka," was one of the most significant Italian cultural figures of the last century. Additional performances have been added to the schedule and can be viewed below.

The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey announced today that its acclaimed, record-breaking production of Man of La Mancha will perform for an additional week-through Sunday, November 25th-at Shakespeare Theatre's Main Stage, the F.M. Kirby Shakespeare Theatre, 36 Madison Ave. (at Lancaster Road) in Madison. Tickets for all performances are now on sale and can be purchased by calling the box office at 973-408-5600 or by visiting www.ShakespeareNJ.org. Performances are Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday at 7:30 p.m.; Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. The additional week will include performances on Tuesday evening, Friday evening, Saturday matinee and evening and Sunday matinee and evening. Tickets range from $50 to $80; student rush tickets are available 30 minutes prior to curtain for $10.

New World Stages will once again present the new Holiday favorite, Jackie Hoffman's A Chanukah Charol, her holiday-themed, pseudo-autobiographical, one-woman show inspired by Patrick Stewart's A Christmas Carol. Co-writer Michael Schiralli will direct.

The San Francisco Early Music Society announces its annual Christmas concert performed by the Bay Area's Musica Pacifica. The distinguished chamber ensemble offers a festive tour of Christmas music from 18th-century England, France, Germany, and Italy. Special guests Clara Rottsolk, soprano, and Washington McClain, oboe, join the core group of Judith Linsenberg, recorder, Elizabeth Blumenstock, violin, Charles Sherman, harpsichord, and Josh Lee, cello and gamba. Their program will include traditional English carols, French noëls from Corrette and Charpentier, H.I.F. Biber's 'Nativity' Sonata from his famous set of 15 Mystery (or Rosary) Sonatas, Antonio Vivaldi's vivacious chamber concerto La Pastorella, and sacred sonatas and arias from Handel, Telemann, and Bach.

On Friday, November 16, the Maltz Jupiter Theatre Guild is inviting local music lovers to experience Kenton's innovative sound with the Stan Kenton Tribute Orchestra, sponsored by Kretzer Piano. This high-energy tribute orchestra will play all of the Kenton jazz classics, featuring "Artistry in Rhythm," "Intermission Riff," and many more!

Manhattan Movement & Arts Center presents Manhattan Youth Ballet Benefit on Sunday, November 18, 2012 at 8pm at the Manhattan Movement & Arts Center, 248 West 60th Street, NYC (between Amsterdam and West End Avenues) in the Lincoln Center area. A Christmas Story, The Musical arrives on Broadway at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre just in time for the 2012 holiday season. Opening night is Monday, November 19.

The Kimmel Center's Creative Music Program for Jazz continues its popular Meet the Masters series engaging 25+ regional student musicians, ages 11-17, in master class workshops led by world renowned jazz musicians. On Saturday, November 10, the Meet the Masters workshop is led by one of the top tenor saxophonists and flautists, Gary Thomas, in the Merck Arts Education Center from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Legendary jazz trumpeter and composer Ralph Alessi leads the master workshop on Saturday, December 22. These sessions are open to the public for interested musicians, students and teachers and jazz aficionados who would like to observe.

On Monday, November 19, Goodspeed Musicals will hold their Annual Food Drive to benefit the East Haddam Food Bank. Goodspeed will be collecting donations in the hopes that they will have another record-breaking year for participation. The need is even greater this year as the number of households served by the East Haddam Food Bank has grown once again to record levels.

Theatre Development Fund has announced that its satellite TKTS Discount Booth in Downtown Brooklyn at 1 MetroTech Center will reopen on Tuesday, November 6 at 11am. This booth has been closed since Hurricane Sandy hit last week.

Family, friends, and colleagues will gather to celebrate the life and voice of Broadway librettist Mark O'Donnell on Monday, November 12 at 3pm at Manhattan Theatre Club's Samuel J. Friedman Theatre, 261 West 47th Street, between Broadway and Eighth Avenue. Doors will open at 2:30pm and the event is open to the public.

On April 15, 2013, Virginia's renowned Signature Theatre will honor the multiple Tony Award®-winning Broadway producer and director Harold "Hal" Prince with the company's fourth Stephen Sondheim Award. The award, established in 2009 in honor of America's most influential musical theatre writer and composer, will be presented at a black-tie Gala Benefit at the Embassy of Italy. Today the worldwide release of the Oscar-winning song Born Free re-recorded by legendary Queen guitarist Brian May and West End and Broadway songstress Kerry Ellis, was released. The classic hit single will be sold in aid of the international wildlife charity, the Born Free Foundation.
