Playwrights' Theatre at Boston University and Dominic D'Andrea of The One-Minute Play Festival are pleased to present the 2nd Annual Boston One-Minute Play Festival featuring more than 70 hot-off-the-presses, new one-minute plays.

The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra will host its third annual Symphony Gala on Saturday, March 2, 2013, at the Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta. She will represent Connecticut at the 2013 Miss America Pageant in Las Vegas in January. University of Hartford mascot Howie the Hawk, as well as Pucky the Whale, beloved mascot of Connecticut Whale, also make appearances.

Cygnet Theatre will continue its 10th Anniversary Season by presenting the San Diego Premiere of August Wilson'sGem of the Ocean. The first play, chronologically, in Wilson's epic Century Cycle, Gem of the Ocean is set to perform January 24ththrough February 24th, 2013, at Cygnet's Old Town Theatre.
