Tribeca Film and Miramax today announced they are teaming up on the U.S. release of Last Night, an intricately layered relationship drama starring Keira Knightley, Sam Worthington, Eva Mendes and Guillaume Canet. Tribeca Film has acquired theatrical, VOD and select digital rights to Last Night and plans to release the film in Spring 2011 theatrically in multiple U.S. markets, including New York and Los Angeles, and also via national VOD outlets and on additional platforms.

The internationally acclaimed Elisa Monte Dance will host over twenty special dance events starting February 3rd as a part of their upcoming 30th season this March (3/1-6) at the Joyce Theater. From master classes to website launches and video interviews with the artistic team and dancers - all will highlight this landmark period for the company. Segerstrom Center for the Arts is offering local high school students the opportunity to participate in Broadway Saturdays, a new musical theater program taking place over three Saturdays in February (12, 19 and 26) on Segerstrom Center's multidisciplinary campus. The Women's Work contest consists of two components: Sapphics on Stage and Sapphics on Screen. Sapphics on Stage is a contest for work with lesbian characters, history, or themes for the theatre, including performance art or other performed pieces. Phantom - The Las Vegas Spectacular Phantom celebrated 2,000 mesmerizing performances last night, February 1, at The Phantom Theatre at the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino. Following the performance Anthony Crivello ('The Phantom') gave a short speech to the excited audience and then the entire cast and crew celebrated the remarkable milestone with a beautiful cake from Freed's Bakery in the shape of a Phantom mask.
