Will Fetters will pen the screen play, while Billy Gerber and Jon Peters will produce the film. A fourth version of the classic film has been talked about for quite a while.

The new Disney animated feature WINNIE THE POOH is set to be released in theaters nationwide on July 15. This week, Robert Lopez and his wife Kristen Anderson-Lopez hosted a premiere for the film in NYC.

'D.O.A.: A Noir Musical' is a musical comedy about death. Originally, D.O.A. was a classic, 1950 film noir about a man, Frank Bigelow, who is poisoned and has 48 hours to live. He spends his last hours trying to find his murderer: femme fatales, brutish henchmen, shady accountants, and mysterious gang leaders all figure into the twisted plot.

Last night, stars of screen and stage took part in Gay Pride at Barefoot Wine Presents: Celebrity Autobiography in NYC. Michael Urie, Kristen Johnston, Mo Rocca, Rachel Dratch, Mario Cantone and Sharon Gless rounded out the cast, who read from the pages of other celebrities' autobiographies. The cast also celebrated New York's recent legalization of same-sex marriage, commenting on this national milestone before each reading.

A newly formed organization, the Delaware River Theatre Collective, has announced its intention to bring professional theatre back to the towns of New Hope, Pennsylvania and Lambertville, New Jersey. Along with the goal of presenting quality theatrical productions for the region is the establishment of a permanent venue to house ongoing performances, such as the historic Bucks County Playhouse.
