CollegeHumor's DROPOUT today announced their upcoming programming slate for the remainder of the year, which includes six new original series and one returning series, in addition to the ongoing seasons of RPG-themed Dimension 20: The Unsleeping City, nerdy gameshow Um, Actually and culinary parody Gods of Food. October alone will have a new episode of an original show airing all but nine days of the month.

With 2-year highs for “Bachelor in Paradise,” ABC ranked No. 1 on Monday night for the 6th consecutive week among Adults 18-49 (1.0/5), dominating its closest competition by 43% (NBC = 0.7/4). In addition, ABC edged out runner-up NBC to stand as the night's most-watched network (+3% - 4.1 million vs. 4.0 million).

ABC News' “World News Tonight with David Muir” stood as the evening's No. 1 newscast in Total Viewers (8.370 million), Adults 25-54 (1.559 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.062 million) for the week of Aug. 12, 2019, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. Taking the top spot across the board for the 5th time in the last 6 weeks, “World News Tonight” outperformed “NBC Nightly News” (7.170 million, 1.517 million and 1.029, respectively) by 1.200 million Total Viewers, by 42,000 Adults 25-54 and by 33,000 Adults 18-49.  In addition, “World News Tonight” increased its Total Viewer lead week to week by 42% (vs. 846,000 for w/o 8/5/19), while more than doubling its margin of victory year to year (+108%; vs. 577,000 for w/o 8/13/18) to win for the 46th time in the 47 weeks of the season.

This morning, the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) announced the world premiere of The Lumineers' III (pronounced 'three'), a visual exploration of the band's third and latest album, on Sunday, September 8 at 3PM in Cinema 1 at the TIFF Bell Lightbox (Reitman Square: 350 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 3X5).

The Ghost of Paul Revere will be hitting the road this fall for a massive coast-to-coast tour. Following two previously announced dates supporting The Infamous Stringdusters, The Portland, Maine natives will be making their way through New England for a handful of dates in late September, including an appearance on WGBH's TV series Front Row Boston - Live At Fraser. October includes a series of stops down the east coast, where the band will be joined by Animal Years, and some notable festival appearances, including New Orleans' Voodoo Festival and Livingston's Moonshiner's Ball. Fall tour will then roll on westward, with stops in Colorado, throughout California and the Pacific Northwest, with support from Ezra Bell. Finally, they'll round out November with several appearances in the Midwest, concluding with Chicago's Lincoln Hall.

ABC (4.052 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.0, #1) was the top draw on Monday thanks to new episodes of 'Bachelor in Paradise' (4.778 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.3, #1) and 'Grand Hotel' (2.599 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T5).

Disney Channel's 'Descendants 3' has accomplished something purportedly improbable, defying the naysayers by delivering more viewers than its 2017 predecessor 'Descendants 2' with a 144% upsurge to 11.2 million Total Viewers (final L+7 data available today). Further affirming the popularity of the 'Descendants' franchise among its targeted youth demographics, the Aug. 2 premiere of 'Descendants 3' is now the highest-rated telecast since 2015's 'Descendants' among Kids 6-11 and Tweens 9-14. The new L+7 data showed major increases across all key demographics from L+SD: 164% among Kids 6-11 to 3.67 million delivered (15.4 national rating/23.27 coverage rating) and 129% among Tweens 9-14 to 3.25 million delivered (13.4 national rating/19.91 coverage). The premiere also delivered 3.27 million Adults 18-29 (2.5 national rating/3.84 coverage rating).

WWE(R) (NYSE: WWE) and USA Network today announced an agreement in principle to air WWE's weekly Wednesday night show, NXT, live on USA Network at 8/7c starting September 18.

On Monday's episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan, Jonathan Groff stopped by to talk about season two of his Netflix series Mindhunter. During the interview, host Kelly Ripa brought up that Groff made his TV debut many years ago on the soap opera One Life to Live. 

Californian EDM duo Hippie Sabotage are set to embark on a 6-week, 17-date tour of the US and Mexico City this fall, kicking off in Austin on October 3rd.
